ALL of our flat back earring options come with 8mm long posts, but for some customers that isn't the perfect fit. For ladies with new/healing piercings, or thicker earlobes could benefit from a longer 10mm post, and for people who are wanting a flat back for a cartilage piercing (or they just have thinner ear lobes) might prefer the 6mm post instead.
