1- Start by applying OPI Shield Base to clean, dry nails with the cuticles back. 2- For a perfect polish, apply a layer through the center of the nail, followed along each side of the nail. 3- Next, apply a second coat, pulling color on the tips of the nails. 4-Shine, seal and protect with a layer of the top layer of OPI, pulling it on the tips of the nails. 5 -For a peanut that is dry to the touch in a matter of minutes, apply 2 drops of DripDry Lacquer drops of drying on each nail.
